Thank you for your interest! Due to the high number of applicants, I've made a short video that explains the general aspects of the process serving job. Please watch it to the end.

Heads up: if you can't or aren't willing to work nights and weekends, this job isn't a good fit.

Watch to the end, then answer the three questions below.

Thank you,
Chris

Common questions

How much does it pay?
Process servers are paid per job, at a flat rate fee. Pay depends on your area and how many serves you take on. Chris will go over current rates during the phone interview.
Is this a W-2 job or independent contractor work?
This is an independent contractor position. The work is flexible; however, you must be able to work some mornings, nights, and weekends. You'll have deadlines and must meet them. If you are unable to serve the papers, you must make the appropriate number of attempts before the deadline.
How many hours a week is it?
It varies. Most serves have to happen when people are home, so mornings, evenings and weekends are a must. Some servers do it as a side job; others take on enough serves to make it full-time.
What does a process server actually do day to day?
You'll be responsible for printing the papers that you will be serving. After you print your jobs, you'll drive to the addresses and attempt to serve the papers. Most of the technology you use is done through an app that we provide. Watch the video for more details.
Do I need any experience?
No prior experience is required. We provide the training necessary to be successful at this job. Any state-specific requirements for Wisconsin, Iowa, or Missouri are covered during onboarding.
What happens after I apply?
If you're a good fit, you'll be asked to text Chris to set up a short phone interview. After that, onboarding and your first serves.
