Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 27, 2026

Process Server Staffing runs processserverstaffing.com to accept applications for process server jobs in Wisconsin, Iowa and Missouri. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit or apply, how we use it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

Information we collect

When you apply. We collect your name, phone number, email address, and your answers to the ten application questions: whether you have a reliable car, auto insurance, a computer, a printer, a scanner and a valid driver's license, whether you are available to work weekday mornings, weekday evenings and weekends, and whether you have been convicted of a felony in the past 10 years. We also record the date and time you applied.

If you enter a wrong keyword or wrong quiz answers. We record your IP address, your email address and the time, so we can limit repeated guessing. These records don't include anything else you typed.

When you visit. Our server keeps standard logs, including IP addresses, for security. Cloudflare, which delivers and protects our site, also processes your IP address and runs a check called Turnstile, which looks at browser and device information to tell people apart from automated programs.

Videos. Our videos and their preview images load from YouTube (owned by Google), so Google receives basic information such as your IP address. We use YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode, which doesn't set cookies unless you play a video. When you play one, YouTube may collect information and set cookies under Google's privacy policy (link: https://policies.google.com/privacy).

Cookies. Our site itself doesn't set cookies when you visit or apply, and we don't use advertising or analytics tools. Cloudflare may set a small cookie it needs for security.

How we use it

We use your application to see whether you meet the job's basic requirements and to decide whether to contact you about an interview. We use IP addresses and attempt records to stop spam and repeated guessing and to keep the site secure. We don't use your information for marketing.

How we share it

We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't share it with anyone for their own marketing. Only the people at Process Server Staffing who handle hiring can see applications.

A few companies help us run the site and handle some data on our behalf: Amazon Web Services hosts our server in the United States, Cloudflare delivers and protects the site, and YouTube plays the videos. We may also share information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep applications for 30 days and then delete them. If we contact you about the job or hire you, we keep your application for as long as we need it for hiring and our business records. Records of wrong keyword or quiz attempts are deleted after about 30 days. Server logs are removed after about two weeks. Our server keeps daily backups, so deleted information can remain in a backup for up to about a week before it is gone.

How we protect it

Applications are stored on a server we control. Only our hiring staff can view them, and they must sign in with a password and a one-time code. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us at [email protected]. If you ask us to delete your application, we will no longer consider it.

Children

This site is for adults applying for work. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update it on this page and change the effective date at the top.
